Must know before you buy

Delivery

All orders are fulfilled at our head office in Vilnius, Lithuania within 2-4 business days. When your order is placed we will send you an order confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with a tracking number for the package.

Please note that all our products are handmade. We try our best to keep the items in stock. Therefore, products are not immediately available and timescale for your chosen item to be made is around 5-14 days, depends on a item.

Orders will be managed and sent only after receiving confirmation of payment thereof.

Delivery is made by Lietuvos pastas www.post.lt .

Privacy Policy

STORK Interior respects the privacy of our customers. All personal information saved at the site will be handled with most care and used only to complete the purchase & shipping of our products.

Returns & Refunds

STORK Interior guarantees that your product has been carefully checked by us before being delivered to you and it is free from any fabric or workmanship defect. However, if you find some defect on the items or your order have been shipped wrongly (different style or colors) you can return it within 5 days from receipt of order by contacting us first. We will replace it with no extra cost.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any reason besides defect (color, style, size, … etc) you can return it within 5 days from receipt of order by contacting us first: info@storkinterior.co.uk . We will be pleased to change it for another item which satisfy you better. In this case, the return and new delivery cost will be your responsibility.

Please note that defects in products, which are caused by incorrect use, are not covered by the right of complaint.

Returned items must be in perfect condition with the original invoice, labels and packaging. STORK Interior cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or the package is damaged.

For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you return your goods to us by recorded delivery. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
